1. About warehouse locations
(1) We have factories in China, and the products you order will be shipped directly to you from China. This will ensure that you are getting brand-new products with guaranteed quality.
(2) In the future, we will set up warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and other places so that you can get products faster. Please pay attention to our updates.
2. Delivery country
United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Denmark, Sweden. If customers from other regions have purchasing needs, they can consult our customer service.
3. We can't ship to APO/FPO and other military addresses and PO BOX addresses.
We currently do not accept orders from the above addresses. We recommend that you fill in other addresses when placing an order.
4. Shipping Method and Cost
Free shipping on all orders $69+; For orders under $69, a shipping fee of $8 will be charged per order. Shipping method: USPS, UPS and so on, we do not support specify the shipping method at present.
5. Regarding the order processing time, there are three situations:
(1) If the purchased products are in sufficient stock, the products in your order will be shipped within 24h-48h from Monday to Friday. If you purchase a product over the weekend, it may be shipped the following Monday.
(2) If the product is suddenly out of stock or is a pre-sale product, there will usually be a delay of at least one week. If you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for delay details.
(3) Please note that our shipping partners do not consider weekends and holidays as working days. We arrange holidays for many holidays around the world such as Christmas, Chinese New Year, etc. During holidays, shipping will be slightly delayed (about 2-3 days). Similarly, customer service response will be slightly delayed, but we will reply to you as soon as possible, so please don't worry.
6. How Can I Track My Order?
(1) Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link that you can click to track your order.
(2) Log into your account and find the tracking information on the "Order Details" page.
(3) Visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website to learn more details about tracking.
7. How to Change My Delivered Address?
(1) As soon as you realize that your shipping address is wrong, please contact our customer service (service@lhmaa.com) within 24h! We will help you change your shipping address before your order is shipped.
(2) Please note: We can't change the shipping address once the order has been shipped. You can only try to contact the local post office to deliver the package to your correct address.
8. Is my package discreet?
We are 100% careful to protect your privacy. Each order comes in a plain box or bag with no indication of what's inside. Our logo will not appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. No one will know what you purchased. However, your and our mailing address are required in order for the package to be successfully shipped to you.
9. What will happen to the package when it arrives if I'm not home?
(1) If you are not at home when your package is delivered, the carrier will find a safe place to leave the package. If they are unable to leave the package in a safe place, you will either receive an email explaining the next steps or you will receive a card through the mailbox.
(2) If your package is sent to a local delivery office, it will be held for 10 days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email if applicable) and a photo ID registered to your delivery address with you when you pick up your order in person.
(3) But to avoid the similar thing happened, please keep an eye on the shipping status after you made an order.
10. Note:
(1) About the address
1) Please double check your shipping address before checking out. We are not responsible for any product once it has been shipped;
2) Situations in which we may not be able to assist you include but are not limited to: If you are not at the address when the package arrives; If you do not pick it up at home or elsewhere; If you do not pick it up from the transport agency in time after receiving the notification;
3) For products returned to the sender due to failure to claim or wrong address, we can resend them to you and only charge shipping costs, or refund the cost of the products excluding shipping costs.
(2) About lost packages
1) LHMAA is not responsible for lost, misdirected or stolen packages;
2) Lost packages are packages that do not show confirmed delivery with a tracking number. If your tracking number shows the package was delivered, insurance will not cover the loss;
3) If your package tracking number shows that it has been delivered, but you have not actually received the package, you need to contact the shipping company yourself. Please note that lost packages must be reported within 72 hours of confirmed delivery (as indicated by the tracking number). After 72 hours, retrieval may not be possible. Assuming the customer has provided a safe location to leave the package;

(3) About international transportation
1) If the product you purchased cannot be shipped internationally, we will contact you to replace the product;
2) LHMAA is not responsible for any fees or taxes imposed by your country, including but not limited to customs fees/duties. But generally there will be no additional charges. If you encounter a similar situation, you can confirm with us first;
3) We are not responsible if your product is rejected by customs, if the country does not allow adult products to enter its borders, or if possession of adult products generally or specifically is a crime. Please research the policies of the country you are shipping to.
