About Warehouse Locations
(1) We have factories in China, and the products you order will be shipped directly to you from China. This will ensure that you are getting brand-new products with guaranteed quality.
(2) In the future, we will set up warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and other places so that you can get products faster. Please pay attention to our updates.
Discreet Packaging
We will provide you with discreet packaging in different sizes and types depending on the items you purchase. None of our logos will appear anywhere on the outside of the packaging. Of course, there is no mention of the nature of the content. The only thing on the package is the shipping label and other logistics stickers.
Payment
We currently only accept payments via PayPal and credit card to ensure the security and efficiency of payments. If there are other payment methods that work for you, please feel free to share your suggestions with us!

Standard shipping is $8 per order and free shipping on orders over $69 !
Order Processing Time
After receiving your order, the product in your order will be shipped within 24h-48h, except for weekends, holidays and special circumstances such as out of stock. Normally, after we ship the package, you will receive it about 8-12 days later.
Return & Refund
1. If you want to cancel the order, please contact the customer service in time (at least within 24h). Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
2. You have the right to return an unopened product in its original packaging within 180 days for any reason. (Return shipping costs are at your expense)
3. You have the right to request a free replacement if there is a quality problem with the product within 180 days.
Out of stock or pre-sold
If you have ordered a product that is out of stock or on pre-sale, please contact us (service@lhmaa.com) to find out the estimated shipping time or ask for solutions.
Without any sex words on it
There are no markings on the back or side of your shipment. The only markings are your address label on the front, which appears as below, and a courier sticker depending on the service used.
